We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to execute monthly payroll for our onshore and offshore workforce and prepare separate payroll and payment files across the group’s different entities.
You’ll work closely with HR and Finance, manage the details from approved inputs through payment reconciliation, and help strengthen payroll processes as the organisation grows.
What you’ll own
- Monthly payroll calculations, salary changes, incentives, deductions and adjustments.
- Separate payroll workbooks and payment files for multiple Alfred Holdings entities.
- WPS Salary Information Files (SIF), non WPS files, Exchange and other approved payment schedules.
- Attendance and leave reconciliation, salary proration and final settlements.
- Monthly payslips, salary certificates and employee payroll queries.
- Payroll checks, variance analysis and accurate supporting records.
What you must bring
- At least two years of payroll experience, including practical UAE payroll experience.
- Direct experience preparing and validating WPS SIF and non WPS payment files.
- Experience handling payroll for multiple entities.
- Strong Excel skills are mandatory, including lookup formulas, SUMIFS, pivot tables and payroll reconciliation.
- Accuracy, confidentiality and consistent delivery against deadlines.
- The ability to identify discrepancies, investigate their cause and resolve them.
An understanding of UAE labour law relevant to payroll, leave and final settlements is preferred.
