About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, introducing them to Paymob's payment solutions, and building strong relationships with business owners to help them grow through digital payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new merchants through field visits and direct sales activities.
- Conduct outdoor visits to potential merchants and present Paymob's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business owners.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend the most suitable Paymob solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the acquisition process until successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities on the CRM.
- Stay updated on Paymob products, services, and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share relevant insights with the sales team.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, telecom, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-oriented and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and field-based environment.
- Willingness to travel and conduct daily outdoor visits.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
