Role Description We are seeking a senior Outbound Travel & Ticketing Specialist to join our team at Tanis Tours. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for individual and corporate accounts, managing their complete travel requirements. You will handle everything from complex flight ticketing and hotel accommodations to visa guidance, transfers, and comprehensive travel packages, ensuring high-end service standards and absolute client satisfaction from start to finish.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in outbound travel management and flight ticketing within a reputable travel agency in Egypt.
• Amadeus Expertise: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Amadeus GDS for issuing, reissuing, revalidating, refunding, and handling complex fare rules
• Proven track record of managing both corporate accounts (handling business travel policies and invoicing) and individual leisure clients (customized itineraries).
