Experienced Oracle APEX Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database technologies. Skilled in analyzing business requirements, developing workflow-based solutions, integrating third-party systems through REST and SOAP APIs, and optimizing application performance. Strong experience in building approval workflows, HR systems, procurement and tender management solutions, document generation, reporting, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle APEX applications.
- Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain workflow and approval management systems.
- Develop Interactive Reports, Interactive Grids, Forms, Dashboards, and custom APEX components.
- Integrate Oracle APEX applications with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.
- Create and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
- Develop PDF reports and document generation solutions using JasperReports and other reporting tools.
- Implement security controls, user roles, and authorization schemes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
