Role Description The Team Lead role at eClerx is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a team, including workload distribution, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The Team Lead coordinates with stakeholders and management to meet project timelines, resolve issues, and implement best practices. Additional responsibilities include reporting key metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting change management initiatives.

- Ability to lead teams effectively, including experience in people management, mentoring, and performance oversight.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience in task prioritization, workload management, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- Experience in operations, process management, or service delivery environments, preferably in technology, analytics, or business services.
- Comfort with using digital tools and productivity software; familiarity with workflow or project management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site team setting, with a focus on accountability, integrity, and inclusive leadership.
