Role Description
EWAA Hotels Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of multiple hotel properties across Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring brand standards, improving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the commercial growth of the hotel brand through client acquisition and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel properties.
- Ensure consistent brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence.
- Drive occupancy, revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Identify and attract new clients and business opportunities to support the growth and sales of the hotel brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners.
- Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies to increase brand awareness, revenue, and market presence.
- Monitor and improve operational performance across departments.
- Collaborate with Hotel General Managers and department heads to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Support hotel openings, transitions, and expansion projects.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior multi-property operations management role.
- Proven experience managing multiple hotels simultaneously.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, and driving commercial growth for hotel brands.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, and quality standards.
- Saudi hospitality market experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
