Job Responsibilities
Conduct daily site inspections, inventory audits, safety/compliance checks, and asset checks; develop and improve warehouse inspection standards.
Conduct weekly warehouse standardization and inventory accuracy audits, focusing on FIFO, location accuracy, product quality, and slow-moving, overstock, near-expiry, and expired goods.
Perform safety and 6S workplace inspections covering fire exits, equipment, workplace safety, and warehouse conditions; drive timely corrective actions.
Conduct high-value inventory counts, loss investigations, and abnormal inventory checks to identify shrinkage, discrepancies, and operational risks.
Inspect key warehouse processes, including receiving, putaway, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns, and drive process improvements.
Maintain an issue log with clear owners, corrective actions, and deadlines; follow up through closure.
Support investigations related to theft, loss, fraud, and warehouse compliance, as well as special audits when required.
Coordinate with DC Operations, Engineering, and Equipment teams to resolve facility, equipment, and operational issues.
Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports and issue dashboards, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, inventory management, audit, Loss Prevention, or warehouse quality; experience in a large distribution center (DC) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, putaway, picking, dispatch, inventory management, and reverse logistics.
Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, FIFO, product quality, 6S, safety, and shrinkage, with strong problem-solving, data analysis, and investigation skills.
Ability to independently drive cross-functional corrective actions and follow up through closure.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, and execution skills, with the ability to identify and address operational and site risks.
Comfortable working in a warehouse/DC environment.
