Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco networking equipment.

Cisco CCNA certification (recommended).

Good understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4 addressing, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.

Practical knowledge of VLANs, trunking, STP, EtherChannel, and inter-VLAN routing.

Familiarity with static routing, OSPF, ACLs, NAT, and DHCP.

Basic knowledge of network security, VPN concepts, and secure device management.

Basic knowledge of wireless networking, access points, wireless controllers, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

Ability to use Cisco IOS/IOS XE CLI for configuration and troubleshooting.

Ability to perform configuration backups and restores, and to assist with firmware upgrades.

Basic understanding of copper and fiber cabling, SFP modules, and rack installation.

Ability to prepare network diagrams, configuration records, and technical documentation.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate complex issues appropriately.

Good communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Candidates must currently live in Saudi Arabia.
