Multiplatform Operations CoordinatorIs this the role for you?Behind every show that streams smoothly, on time, everywhere in the world, there’s a coordinator making sure it happens. Could that be you?
Paramount’s Global Fulfillment Operations team in Amsterdam is looking for a full time Multiplatform Operations Coordinator to join the crew. We get content ready and delivered to streaming and non linear platforms worldwide, so clients and colleagues around the globe are happy with content that lands exactly where it should, exactly when it should.
What will you be doing?Your role:
- * Being the go to person for clients and stakeholders, keeping things clear, quick and helpful
- Getting content prepared, processed, triaged and troubleshot so it’s ready to publish
- Juggling lots of priorities without dropping quality or missing deadlines
- Spotting issues early, fixing the simple ones yourself and knowing who to call for the rest
- Keeping documentation, trackers and Jira tickets so tidy that anyone could pick up your work
- Getting hands on with systems like What’sOn, PTS, VMS and other tools that keep content moving
- Being part of a global, cross functional team, sharing ideas and helping us keep getting better
- Jumping in on new launches, onboardings and workflow changes as we grow
What are we looking for?You might be our new Multiplatform Operations Coordinator if you:
