Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Multimedia Designer. The Multimedia Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital campaigns, including graphics, motion content, social media visuals, and marketing collateral. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing strategists, interpreting creative briefs, designing for multiple platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The role also involves preparing files for digital deployment, iterating designs based on feedback and performance data, and staying current with design trends and tools to support high-impact campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in digital and graphic design for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar)
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation for digital content
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into cohesive visual assets
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how design supports campaign goals
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling, and ability to work within deadlines
- Effective remote collaboration skills, including clear communication and time management
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior work experience in an agency, digital marketing, or content-focused environment is preferred
