Role Description The Motion Designer (Experience) will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations that communicate Groovy’s brand, services, and client experience across digital channels. Day-to-day activities include conceptualizing ideas, developing storyboards, designing and animating graphics, and collaborating with marketing and clinical teams to produce video content that showcases treatments, wellness programs, and brand campaigns. The role involves editing and optimizing video assets for various platforms, maintaining visual consistency, and contributing creative input to enhance client engagement and education. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in content planning and production cycles.
Qualifications
- * Strong motion design and motion graphics skills, with the ability to create engaging visual experiences aligned with brand guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in video production and animation, including concept development, asset creation, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to develop clear storyboards and visual narratives that effectively communicate complex services and procedures.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar motion and video software).
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, composition, and color theory.
- Portfolio demonstrating motion design work for digital campaigns, social media, or branded content.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, creative, and medical teams.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in health, wellness, or aesthetic industries is an advantage but not required.
