Role Description The Moderator is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. This role is responsible for overseeing training sessions and classes, ensuring a respectful, productive, and inclusive learning environment for educators and learners. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring discussions, enforcing community and classroom guidelines, managing participant questions, and facilitating smooth transitions between activities. The Moderator coordinates with trainers and administrative staff, assists with session logistics, and provides feedback on participant engagement. This role may also involve basic reporting on session attendance, issues, and observations to support continuous improvement of training programs.
