Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Interior Designer role based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon, with flexibility for some work from home. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and produce detailed drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting finishes and FF&E, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting project timelines and budgets. The role involves site visits, measuring and verifying existing conditions, and assisting in overseeing installations to ensure design intent is met. The Interior Designer will also collaborate with the principal designer and team, communicate clearly with clients, and maintain organized digital and physical project files.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
Candidates should possess Architecture-related knowledge and the ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
Candidates should possess proficiency in producing accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
Candidates should possess FF&E skills, including furniture selection, finishes, lighting, and material specifications.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and presentations.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior design or architectural studios is preferred.
