Role OverviewWe are looking for a Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure technologies and enterprise IT environments. The role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, monitoring, and improving Microsoft infrastructure services while providing high-quality technical support within agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade: * Active Directory (AD) * Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) / Microsoft Entra ID * DNS and DHCP * File Servers * Microsoft 365 / Office 365 * Archiving Solutions * SQL * Certificate Authority (CA) * ADFS * Mail Servers and email security/protection solutions * Provide advanced incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution across the Microsoft infrastructure environment. * Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration and operational tasks. * Provide technical support to end users and internal IT teams while meeting agreed response and resolution SLAs. * Create, manage, and maintain infrastructure monitoring solutions and resolve incidents raised by monitoring systems. * Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of infrastructure components in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines. * Create and maintain technical documentation to support the operations team and facilitate knowledge sharing. * Participate in technical discussions and presentations aimed at improving and evolving the infrastructure environment. * Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of infrastructure operations. * Provide night support one week per month and weekend support twice per month*, according to the established support schedule.
