Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication and follow-ups with international customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, sampling, and order confirmations.
- Identify potential international clients and develop new export business opportunities.
- Follow up with exhibition leads, sample requests, and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics departments.
- Monitor customer orders from sampling and production through final shipment.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely responses and updates.
- Prepare regular customer follow-up and order status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in textile or garment merchandising, preferably in export sales.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken) – Mandatory.
- Good understanding of textile manufacturing processes and order cycles.
- Knowledge of fabric specifications, sampling, and quality requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Must be a resident of Port Said Governorate.
