We are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager - MEP to join a Tier-1 Contractor in the GCC, which is continuing to expand its footprint, delivering multiple high-value mixeduse development projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of leading MEP packages from design coordination through testing, commissioning, and handover on large mixeduse development projects.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects at a Tier-1 Contractor, preferably in the GCC.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 13+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP contracts (FIDIC), commercial management, and claims and variations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with PMP or equivalent preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the full MEP delivery on the project from mobilisation to handover, ensuring it meets the programme, budget, and quality targets.
- Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate MEP with civil, architectural, and structural teams through BIM/clash detection, shop drawings, and material approvals.
- Control MEP cost and programme: budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, progress reporting, and recovery plans.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and handover, and act as the main MEP point of contact for the client, consultant, and internal management.
