Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinic staff. Daily tasks include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and providing up-to-date clinical and technical details. The representative will build and maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, meeting sales targets, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain product benefits and clinical information.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address client needs, resolve issues, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably in the Gulf region, is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets, with strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools; knowledge of local healthcare regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
