Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Customer Support role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and focuses on assisting customers with medical-related inquiries and service needs in English at a B2 proficiency level. The role includes responding to calls, messages, and emails, clarifying medical service information, and guiding customers through procedures, benefits, and next steps using clear and empathetic communication. Team members will document interactions accurately, follow defined support protocols, and escalate complex medical concerns to appropriate clinical or supervisory contacts. The position also involves working with internal tools and systems, collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with relevant guidelines. As part of Alorica’s support team, the individual is expected to meet performance targets while delivering a consistent, respectful, and patient-centered customer experience.
Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a medical, health sciences, or related field.
- B2 or higher level of English proficiency, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
- Comfort working on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and collaborating effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to learn and use contact center tools and medical support systems, while following privacy, security, and compliance standards.
