Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Operation & Maintenance
Location: New Capital, Egypt
Work Type: Full-time (On-Site)
Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to oversee, optimize, and maintain mechanical systems across our facility management operations in the New Capital. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and managing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Manage and maintain HVAC systems, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and VRF/VRV units.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, maintenance logs, and engineering calculations.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to optimize system reliability and cost-efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in Facility Management, O&M, or building mechanical systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, machine design, plumbing, and building mechanics.
- Software: Proficiency in CAD tools and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and project coordination abilities.
