Job Opportunity – 3D Designer, Events & Exhibitions
Bold Events is looking for a creative and hands-on 3D Designer with experience in events, exhibitions, booths, and fit-out projects to join our team in Jeddah.
We are looking for someone who can contribute across the full project cycle, including:
- Understanding project briefs, client requirements, and tender scopes.
- Developing creative 3D concepts and visualizations.
- Designing booths, exhibitions, and event spaces.
- Conducting site visits, measurements, and site surveys when required.
- Preparing technical drawings and fabrication details.
- Supporting BOQ preparation, material selection, and cost estimation.
- Coordinating with suppliers, workshops, contractors, and production teams.
- Following up on fabrication and on-site installation.
- Resolving technical and design issues during execution.
- Ensuring the final build matches the approved design, specifications, and quality standards.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in events, exhibitions, booths, fit-out, or similar projects.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max and/or SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of materials, fabrication methods, finishes, and installation.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Experience in technical drawings, BOQ, costing, supplier coordination, or site execution is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
