We’re looking for a Marketing Intelligence & Commercial Enablement Specialist to turn market data into actionable commercial insight, helping our Business Development teams identify opportunities, strengthen customer engagement and drive growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Operations, providing market intelligence, competitor analysis and strategic account insights that support commercial decision-making.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Researching clinical trial markets, industry trends, sponsor pipelines and CRO activity
- Identifying target accounts, priority markets and commercial growth opportunities
- Developing account profiles, opportunity briefs and market intelligence reports
- Monitoring competitor activity and market developments
- Supporting Business Development teams with customer research and account planning
- Analysing CRM and pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities
- Creating commercial enablement materials, market summaries and presentation content
- Supporting conference planning and post-event commercial analysis
We’re looking for someone with:
- 4–5 years of experience in market research, commercial analysis, business intelligence, sales enablement or a similar field
- Professional experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research or healthcare logistics
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Experience using CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint
- A solid understanding of Business Development processes and account planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
