Working at Gant Footwear and what to expectOur people and culture mean everything to us. We are a small, fast-moving organisation in an exciting scale-up phase, which means things move quickly, priorities can shift and the path ahead is not always fully mapped out. That is part of what makes working here both challenging and rewarding. We look for people who are comfortable taking ownership, creating clarity where it does not yet exist and moving things forward without waiting for every answer or instruction. You will be expected to spot opportunities, solve problems, take initiative and continuously develop both your role and the way we work.
At the same time, being entrepreneurial here does not mean running in your own direction. We value people who listen, collaborate, know when to push and when to pause, and can align behind a decision once it has been made. There is little prestige, a lot of trust and a strong sense of shared responsibility across teams. We work hard and expect a lot from one another, but we also genuinely enjoy working together. We laugh a lot, eat lunch together, celebrate our wins and make time for after-works and other moments that bring the team together.
What We OfferWith us, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, influence how we work and shape your own development over time. How far you take that opportunity is largely up to you. You will join a close-knit team with a strong culture and positive atmosphere, while being part of an international company with a heritage dating back to 1949 and stable private ownership.
Based at our newly renovated Stockholm HQ, you will also benefit from occupational pension, employee discounts and sample sales, a generous wellness allowance, access to our benefits portal, 30 days of vacation plus two additional days off, and opportunities to grow both within Gant Footwear and across the wider Gant organisation. You will also have access to initiatives such as our Lifestyle Club and other activities that bring colleagues together.
