We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Officer to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day logistics and shipment coordination.
- Experience in cross-trade shipments and project logistics.
- Good knowledge of sea freight / sea cargo operations.
- Coordinate loading and unloading services and transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, customers and suppliers.
- Handle and coordinate customs clearance and documentation.
- Prepare and check shipping, cargo and customs-related documents.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with overseas agents and customers for smooth cargo movement.
- Handle other logistics and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding.
- Practical experience in cross trading and project logistics is preferred.
- Good knowledge of sea cargo, customs procedures, loading/unloading and transportation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
- UAE logistics/freight forwarding experience is preferred.
