Role Description The Logistics Coordinator role is a part-time, remote position responsible for organizing and overseeing logistics activities that support AODS’s consulting operations and client engagements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating shipments and deliveries of materials, managing inventory records for project-related resources, and tracking orders and supplies to ensure timely availability. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, updating logistics and supply chain data, and communicating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to resolve delivery or inventory issues. The Logistics Coordinator will analyze logistics data to improve efficiency, prepare basic reports on stock levels and movement, and support project teams with scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics-related administrative tasks.
