YouWe are looking for a Dutch-qualified candidate with between 1 and 6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution or arbitration, a strong understanding of Dutch civil procedure, and the ability to work effectively on complex cross-border matters in a fast-paced international environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
We are seeking candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and drafting skills, and experience gained at a leading law firm.
Our OfferYou will work on high-profile, complex and often cross-border disputes for leading multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity clients. Your caseload will include a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, post-acquisition and shareholder disputes, regulatory and enforcement matters, and other strategically significant contentious issues.
Working as part of an international team, you will be responsible for drafting pleadings and legal advice, managing case strategy, liaising with clients and external stakeholders, and supporting advocacy before the Dutch courts and arbitral tribunals.
