About Eyewa
Eyewa is MENA’s leading omnichannel eyewear company, operating across the GCC through a fast-growing network of retail stores and a leading e-commerce platform. As we continue expanding our footprint across Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a highly organised Leasing Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our growing store portfolio.
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Leasing Coordinator to support Eyewa’s leasing activities across Saudi Arabia.
This role will focus heavily on lease administration, payment tracking, landlord coordination, documentation and financial follow-up across our retail portfolio. You will work closely with the Leasing, Finance, Legal and Retail teams to ensure lease obligations, payments, renewals and documentation are managed accurately and on time.
This could be a particularly strong opportunity for someone coming from an Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Collections or Finance coordination background who is looking to move into retail real estate and leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records for Eyewa’s leases across Saudi Arabia, including rental amounts, payment schedules, expiry dates, renewals and contractual obligations.
- Track upcoming rental, service charge and other lease-related payments and coordinate closely with Finance to ensure payments are processed on time.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, invoices, receipts and supporting documentation with landlords and internal teams.
- Reconcile lease-related payments and flag any discrepancies or outstanding balances.
- Support the Leasing team with preparation, review and administration of lease agreements, renewals, amendments and related documentation.
- Coordinate with landlords, mall operators, property managers and developers on administrative and financial matters.
- Maintain leasing trackers, databases and filing systems, ensuring information is complete and up to date.
- Monitor lease expiry dates, renewal timelines and key contractual milestones.
- Support the processing of new leases and store openings by ensuring required documentation and approvals are completed.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, payment requests and internal approval processes relating to the store portfolio.
- Prepare regular leasing and payment reports for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Retail, Expansion and Projects teams to resolve lease-related issues.
- Support the wider Leasing team with ad hoc analysis, reporting and coordination as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Finance Operations, Leasing Administration or a similar coordination role.
- Strong numerical ability and confidence working with payments, invoices, reconciliations and financial records.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable maintaining trackers and working with large volumes of documentation and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills and the confidence to coordinate with landlords, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience within retail, real estate, property management or a multi-site
