Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning courses and digital training materials using modern authoring tools and learning platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate training requirements into effective e-learning content.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content upload, learner tracking, and reporting.
- Implement blended learning solutions that combine e-learning, virtual training, and on-the job learning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and performance improvement metrics.
- Update existing e-learning courses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and alignment of all training materials with corporate competency frameworks.
- Coordinate with IT and HR teams to maintain the functionality, security, and integration of learning technologies.
- Support employees and managers with technical assistance and guidance on e-learning tools and systems.
- Research emerging learning technologies, tools, and methodologies to recommend enhancements to digital learning strategies.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality in outsourced e-learning content or LMS services
- Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation, completion rates, and learning outcomes for management review.
- Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or training coordination, preferably within corporate HR or facility management environments.
