We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our Product & Tech Sweden team. In this role you will own the overarching product direction for our digital customer experience and lead our Product Owners as well as our CRO team. - * Maintain close awareness of team roadmaps, release progress and discovery cycles to resolve cross-team dependencies and remove blockers
- Exercise authority to define discovery standards, establish product ways of working and resolve friction across product lines
- Balance quantitative data, market trends and qualitative user insights to validate assumptions before scaling solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leadership to ensure seamless alignment between product direction and delivery capabilities
