We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Border Trade, Alternative Retail & eCommerce to join our new sales team in Sweden.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the growth of Capri-Sun in Sweden by strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in the border trade channel
- Manage customers focusing on Border Trade (Eurocash, Gottebiten, Maximat, etc) and Challenger Retailers (hard discount, non-food retail) and eCommerce
- Develop and implement customer strategies in close collaboration with your manager to create sustainable value for both Capri-Sun and its customers
- Take responsibility for the commercial performance of your customer portfolio, including sales, revenue, profitability and distribution targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for your customers and build strong, long-term relationships
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations while identifying mutually beneficial growth opportunities
- Work with customer stakeholders to ensure best in class brand visibility, promotions, brand activations and listings of the Capri Sun brand
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer performance to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Own forecasting and reporting processes for your customer portfolio and contribute to continuous forecast improvements
- Manage customer-related project budgets, cost planning and commercial administration

- Achievement of agreed sales, revenue, profitability and distribution targets
- Strong in-store execution, including distribution, shelf visibility and promotional effectiveness
- Efficient use of trade investments and continuous improvement of ROI

YOUR PROFILE
- * Several years of commercial experience within FMCG, ideally in a branded food or beverage environment
- 3–5 years of national account management experience in Sweden
- Proven commercial understanding of pricing, promotions, customer planning and business performance management
- Curious, growth-oriented and motivated to identify new opportunities and deliver sustainable results
- Proactive, practical and execution focused approach
- Interest in developing business beyond day-to-day account management activities
- Confident in engaging with customers and internal stakeholders, bringing different perspectives together to find effective solutions
- Structured, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of projects and priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across functions and teams
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a balanced and professional approach
- Willingness to travel within Sweden, valid driving license B required
- Business-fluent English and Swedish
