We strive for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all our processes. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Payroll Specialist.
What:
As a Junior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll. You will work closely with HR and Finance to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations. Ideally, you have an interest in—or initial experience with—processing payroll across multiple countries in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify payroll data, including working hours, salaries, bonuses, and deductions
- Support and ideally manage payroll processes (multiple countries)
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
- Contribute to process improvements and increased efficiency within payroll operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with or knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, UKG, or similar
- Interest in or exposure to international payroll is a strong advantage
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Experience with Excel; knowledge of XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP is a strong plus
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
