Position OverviewThe Junior Business Analyst supports the business analysis function by assisting in requirements gathering, documentation, and communication between business stakeholders and development teams. Key Responsibilities
- * Assist in eliciting and documenting requirements under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
- Support process mapping and simple workflow analysis.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to capture feedback and clarifications.
- Contribute to documentation efforts, including reports, guides, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to verify solutions meet requirements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- * 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field (internships and academic projects count).
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
- Strong interest in learning requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Miro is a plus.
