Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and talented Saudi Jr. Site Engineers (Civil or MEP) to join our project teams across the Kingdom. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 years of construction experience and will play a key role in the successful delivery of AMANA's fast track Design & Build projects, including industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, commercial developments, and data centers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting site execution activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and contributing to the timely delivery of projects. Experience in industrial and commercial construction environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities within the assigned Civil or MEP discipline, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Support the execution of fast-track Design & Build projects, including industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, and data centers.
- Review and interpret relevant architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and coordinated construction drawings.
- Coordinate with project management, design, procurement, planning, quality, and HSE teams to maintain an efficient site workflow.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, workforce productivity, material availability, and progress against the approved construction program.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that work meets engineering standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and client expectations.
- Identify technical issues, drawing discrepancies, and site constraints, and coordinate with the relevant teams to implement timely solutions.
- Ensure materials and equipment delivered to the site comply with approved technical submittals and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to resolve interface and installation issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, site records, inspection requests, RFIs, and other required project documentation.
- Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities, as applicable.
- Ensure the proper implementation of AMANA’s health, safety, and environmental requirements and promote safe working practices across the site.
- Support the timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining the required standards of safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in construction projects, preferably within Design Build environments.
- Experience in industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, logistics facilities, or data center projects is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- OSHA, IOSH, or similar certifications will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidate must be a Saudi Talent.
