Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems.
- Resolve technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and process-related issues.
- Test computer components to maintain system functionality and performance.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure.
- Consult with users to identify appropriate hardware and software requirements and assist with purchasing requests.
- Evaluate technical applications and recommend solutions to improve system capabilities.
- Test new software and programs for compatibility with existing systems and hardware.
- Gather and analyze technical purchasing options and assist in vendor evaluation.
- Test new programs against established standards and specifications and make necessary modifications.
- Evaluate vendor-supplied software based on user requirements and compatibility with existing systems.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
