We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager with a strong background in Fiber Optics / FTTx /Telecom to develop Linkwell’s business across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies across MEA markets.

• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, operators and business partners.

• Manage existing international accounts and build long-term customer relationships.

• Develop business opportunities and convert leads into projects and sales.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and sales forecasts.

• Negotiate with customers and support contracts through to successful closure.

• Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities across Africa and the Middle East.

• Represent Linkwell at exhibitions, customer meetings and industry events.

• Coordinate with technical, engineering and factory teams to provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B international sales experience, within Fiber Optic, Telecom, Networking, FTTH/FTTx or related industries.
Proven international sales/business development experience in Middle East and/or Africa markets is a Must
Existing relationships with customers or partners in MEA will be a strong advantage.
Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken.
French is a strong advantage, particularly for French-speaking African markets.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Strong negotiation, communication and business-development skills.
