You play a key role in our international sales team, maintaining customer relationships and helping them choose the perfect promotional products. With your enthusiasm and commercial drive, you contribute to growth and customer satisfaction. Ready to make an impact?
Who are we?
Toppoint is a leading international supplier of promotional products and corporate gifts. With over 90 years of experience, we have grown into one of the most renowned suppliers in the promotional industry. Our assortment consists of high-quality and sustainable products. In addition to our headquarters in Hengelo, we have production facilities in Germany and Poland, and we operate in Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and Scandinavia. What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the key link between our customers and the organization! You are the first point of contact within your team and work closely with the account manager to seize commercial opportunities and achieve sales goals.
You maintain close contact with customers, advise them on the best promotional solutions, and proactively respond to their needs. With your commercial mindset, you strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you follow up on quotations, conduct sales conversations, and ensure that customers feel heard and supported.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to marketing and sales campaigns, participate in trade fairs, and collaborate on projects that enhance our market position. No two days are the same, and your impact is immediately visible!
Are you customer-focused, communicative, and commercially driven? Do you speak multiple languages: at least English, but a good command of Dutch, German, Polish, French or Italian are a big plus. Then we are looking for you!
