WE ARE HIRING – INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE - AIR & SEA FREIGHT
On behalf of our client, a company specializing in international freight forwarding and logistics, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in air and sea freight and an established customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of importers and exporters.
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on air and sea freight quotations.
• Generate new business opportunities through telephone prospecting.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient shipment handling and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding (air and/or sea freight) in Morocco.
• An active customer portfolio in air and sea freight is required.
• Good knowledge of freight quotations, shipping operations, and transport documentation (AWB, etc.).
• Excellent French communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial mindset, and results-driven approach.
Location: Casablanca – Aïn Sebaâ
Work Arrangement: 100% office-based.
