About the role:
Seeking an IT specialist to take care of our regional IT needs; they will be responsible for configuring, installing, testing, maintaining, tuning, or upgrading components; setting up software; assisting with network and hardware administration; and resolving all IT support issues.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Installing new software and hardware components.
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Saudi only.
