What You'll Be Doing?
- Prepare and manage all required documentation for customs clearance, bonded warehouse, transfer/sales, and transit operations, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations,
- Coordinate operational processes with customs brokers, ports, logistics service providers, customers, and suppliers,
- Monitor import, export, transit, and related logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate execution,
- Work closely with the Logistics team to support the effective management of freight and transportation processes,
- Ensure that goods are delivered in line with customer and order specifications and monitor delivery timelines,
- Follow up on required licenses, permits, tariff classifications, and other regulatory requirements related to import and export operations,
- Monitor changes in customs legislation, foreign trade regulations, incentives, and relevant practices and ensure their implementation in operational processes,
- Follow up on accounting processes after the closure of customs files,
- Prepare regular reports related to customs and foreign trade operations and share them with relevant stakeholders,
- Identify potential operational issues and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Who We're Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade, import/export, or customs operations,
- Good knowledge of import, export, bonded warehouse, transit, and customs processes,
- Good understanding of customs and foreign trade regulations, with the ability to follow regulatory developments and reflect them in operational processes,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to prepare and analyze operational reports.
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills,
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, operational environment,
