The ICT Planning Support Consultant will support ICT leadership in strategic planning, governance, project tracking, documentation management, financial administration, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will coordinate with internal ICT teams, cybersecurity functions, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective planning, reporting, and execution of ICT programs and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ICT Strategy & Planning Support:
- Assist ICT leadership in maintaining and updating the ICT Strategy, Roadmap, and Transformation Plans.
- Support planning and tracking of digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Maintain records of ongoing projects, project pipelines, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and planning documentation for management review.
Project & Portfolio Coordination
- Coordinate activities and inputs across ICT teams and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between ICT, Cybersecurity, vendors, and service providers.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
Dashboard & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor key ICT performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress metrics.
- Generate periodic reports for ICT leadership and governance committees.
- Analyze operational and project data to support decision-making.
Governance & Compliance Support:
- Support ICT governance activities, meetings, and committee requirements.
- Track contract renewals, license renewals, and maintenance agreements.
- Ensure stakeholder notifications and approvals are completed on time.
- Maintain governance documentation, registers, and compliance records.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Support SAP VIM invoice processing and documentation review.
- Monitor invoice approvals, payment status, and financial controls.
- Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and vendor management activities.
- Maintain financial and contractual records in accordance with organizational policies.
Documentation Management:
- Maintain centralized repositories for ICT plans, policies, procedures, and project documents.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and executive summaries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in ICT Planning, PMO, Business Analysis, ICT Governance, or Technology Administration.
- Experience supporting ICT strategy, project governance, and reporting functions.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and ICT operational processes.
