HVAC Supervisor
Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG is looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team for a project in Muscat, Oman.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, Package Units, Split/Window AC Units and Chilled Water Pumps.
- Good knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS, chilled water systems, dampers, ducting and related components.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC cooling, electrical and control-related issues.
- Good understanding of safety procedures, including LOTO.
- Good supervisory, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HVAC maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor the performance and condition of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance checklists and records are properly maintained.
- Coordinate spare parts and service requirements.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety and maintenance procedures.
