Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Manager oversees day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The role manages compensation and benefits programs, supports training and development initiatives, and advises leaders on workforce planning and organizational structure. The Human Resources Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment, support change management, and promote a culture of engagement and high performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with Saudi labor law, and management of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ability to design and support training, learning, and development initiatives, including leadership and soft-skills programs.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, HR analytics, and use of digital tools to maintain accurate employee data and reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of cultural norms and workplace practices in Saudi Arabia, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory HR processes.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
