We’re Hiring | HR Manager
Droob of Continent Trading L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and contribute to building a high-performance, people-focused culture within our growing furniture and retail business in the Sultanate of Oman.
The HR Manager will play a key leadership role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, strengthening organizational capabilities, developing talent, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Oversee performance management, learning & development, compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Omani Labour Law and applicable regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.
- Provide HR insights, reports, and recommendations to executive management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in retail, furniture, FMCG, or a similar business environment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
