Role Description The Human Resources Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the HR department, helping to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, assisting with recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. The role also involves answering employee queries, supporting benefits administration, coordinating training sessions, and preparing HR-related reports and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, requiring close collaboration with HR colleagues, management, and employees across the organization.

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage and maintain accurate employee data and reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate employee learning and development activities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior HR or administrative experience is beneficial.
