About the Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team in Egypt.
The role will be based in our Egypt office while providing HR support across the company's offices and operations, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other international locations.
The ideal candidate will have solid HR operations experience, strong organizational skills, and an interest in working within a multinational and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across Egypt and international offices.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes across different offices.
- Prepare HR documents, letters, reports, and employee records.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee information tracking.
- Support payroll preparation and provide required employee information.
- Assist with employee activities and HR initiatives.
- Support the implementation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide appropriate HR support.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate, organized, and confidential.
- Coordinate with employees and management across different countries and time zones when required.
- Support the HR team with international HR projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Good understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and teams across different countries.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
- Previous experience supporting international or GCC-based employees/offices is an advantage.
