About The Roleeyouth Learning Hub is looking for an organized, welcoming Office Administrator to run the hub's
day-to-day operations. You will be the face of the hub: coordinating offline events and sessions,
receiving guests and trainers, and making sure the space runs smoothly for learners and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- * Coordinate all offline events, workshops, and training sessions at the hub from planning to
wrap-up
- Manage the hub's schedule and room bookings, and avoid conflicts between sessions
- Represent the hub at events and act as the on-site point of contact
- Set up rooms before sessions (seating, projector, sound, materials, refreshments) and close
them afterward
- Prepare and manage essential training resources for each event, such as certificates, printed
materials, handouts, name tags, and stationery
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and partners on logistics and timing
- Track attendance and registrations, and prepare post-event reports
- Welcome guests, trainers, partners, and visitors professionally
- Guide learners on programs, schedules, and registration
- Handle calls, messages, and incoming requests
- Keep the space clean, organized, and ready for use
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, security, and building management
- Report technical or facility issues (internet, AC, equipment) and follow up until resolved
- Handle petty cash and basic expense records, if assigned
- Assist with social media content and photography during events, when needed
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, reception, or event coordination (education or
training centers are a plus)
- Excellent communication in Arabic and good English, written and spoken
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
- Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Docs)
- Comfortable working with young people and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with event logistics or community and learning spaces
- Familiarity with CRM or booking tools
Working Conditions
- * Shift: Evening shift (exact hours to be confirmed)
- Days off: Rotating, scheduled in advance. Friday and Saturday are working days, as most
events fall on weekends
- Workplace: On-site at the hub in Maadi
