Role Description The HSE Officer role is a contract, on-site position based in oil and gas sector in Qatar. The HSE Officer will monitor and promote compliance with company and regulatory Health, Safety, and Environment requirements across project sites and facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits; identifying hazards; and recommending corrective and preventive measures. The role involves preparing and maintaining HSE documentation and reports, supporting incident investigations, and contributing to root cause analysis and follow-up actions. The HSE Officer will also assist in planning and delivering safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training, while collaborating with project teams to ensure safe work practices and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
