Role OverviewFrontier Capital is seeking a practical, organized HR Officer to manage the people side of a growing team You will be the first dedicated HR resource in the company, responsible for recruitment, employee records, payroll inputs, and employee relations, while building simple, clear HR foundations that can scale as we grow This is a full-time position with a clear path to expand hours and responsibilities as headcount increases
Key Responsibilities1 Recruitment & Onboarding (priority for the first 6 months)
- * Manage end-to-end hiring for upcoming roles: prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews and assessments
- Run a structured onboarding process, including documents, system access, and first-week plans, coordinating with our outsourced IT provider on equipment and accounts
2 HR Administration & Compliance
- * Maintain accurate employee files, attendance, leave balances, and HR records
- Handle social insurance registration and updates, and keep contracts and probation dates tracked
- Manage resignations and terminations: notice periods, handovers, clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements
- Keep HR records confidential and stored in company systems
3 Compensation & Payroll Support
- * Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, deductions, bonuses, and allowances) and send them to Finance for processing
- Maintain salary records and support the administration of performance and retainer-linked bonuses
- Help build a simple salary structure and a bonus policy
4 Employee Relations & Policy Development
- * Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and grievances, escalating sensitive matters to the Managing Director
- Draft and maintain a basic employee handbook and core HR policies (leave, working hours, remote and hybrid work, conduct)
- Set up a probation review and annual performance review process
5 Vendor & Cross-Team Coordination
- * Coordinate HR-related matters with Finance, and with outsourced IT and CRM partners for joiners, leavers, and access
What We're Looking For
- * 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as the sole or main HR person in a small or growing company
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field An HR diploma or certification (CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is an advantage
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Comfortable with payroll inputs, Excel, and HR record keeping
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
