Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for engineering consultancy projects and operations at NESPAK’s Rashang location in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves directing multidisciplinary teams, setting project objectives, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery in line with client and regulatory requirements. The Director will manage client relationships, participate in business development, and oversee proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and resource planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project performance, guiding technical reviews, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to NESPAK’s standards, policies, and ethical practices. The Director will also mentor senior staff, contribute to organizational strategy, and support continuous improvement initiatives across disciplines.

- Candidates should possess expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Candidates should possess client management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills to represent NESPAK in domestic and international engagements.
- Candidates should possess strategic thinking and business development skills, including proposal development, market analysis, and relationship-building with funding agencies and partners.
- Candidates should possess solid technical knowledge in one or more core NESPAK disciplines (e.g., civil, structural, power, water resources, transportation, or environmental engineering).
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Rashang, collaborate across offices, and adapt to complex project environments.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field; professional registration and relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
- Substantial senior-level experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure development, including experience with large, complex projects.
- Familiarity with international standards, procurement processes, and practices of funding agencies such as the World Bank, ADB, and IDB is an advantage.
