Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives and industrial operations.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Drive and manage organizational restructuring initiatives, including workforce optimization and organizational design.
- Develop, review, and continuously improve the salary structure and compensation framework to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Lead manpower planning and workforce forecasting in line with current and future business requirements.
- Oversee the full recruitment and talent acquisition process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains qualified talent.
- Manage and oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Develop workforce strategies and HR plans to support business growth and operational requirements.
- Manage HR operations for a large workforce, ensuring effective employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Partner with senior leadership on talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Establish and monitor HR KPIs and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Provide strategic advice to management on workforce costs, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and HR risks.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership or HRBP management role.
- Proven experience managing HR operations and employee populations of significant scale.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, organizational design, compensation structures, and HR strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate business requirements into effective HR solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
