Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Support managers in handling employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Identify talent needs and collaborate with management on recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management and HR-related matters.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experience.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
